बीकानेर, MaruSangram। उप राष्ट्रीय पल्स पोलियो अभियान जो कि आगामी रविवार 28 मई को आयोजित होने वाला था अब 25 जून को आयोजित होगा। भीषण गर्मी और महिला स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं की हड़ताल को देखते हुए इसे स्थागित किया गया है।

मंगलवार को जिला कलेक्टर सभागार में आयोजित जिला टास्क फोर्स की बैठक में 1 माह बाद होने वाले पल्स पोलियो अभियान की तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने कहा कि इस अभियान में 0 से 5 वर्ष तक का एक भी बच्चा ना छूटे उसके लिए बेहतर माइक्रो प्लैनिंग व कार्य संपादन सुनिश्चित करना होगा।

उन्होंने सभी ब्लॉक सीएमओ तथा शहरी कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक को माइक्रो प्लान दुरुस्त करने और कच्ची बस्तियां जो अब तक छूट गई थी या नई बसी हुई कॉलोनियों को माइक्रो प्लान में शामिल करते हुए शत प्रतिशत बच्चों को दो बूंद जिंदगी की पिलाने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि 25 जून को सभी बूथ पर अधिकतम लक्ष्य हासिल करना है। उन्होंने अतिरिक्त जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी सुनील बोड़ा को निर्देश दिए कि 25 जून रविवार को समस्त विद्यालय जहां टीकाकरण बूथ बनेगा, उनका खुलना और आवश्यक टेबल कुर्सी वगैरह की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उन्होंने बिजली कंपनी के प्रतिनिधि को निर्देश दिए कि जब तक पोलियो अभियान आयोजित नहीं हो जाता समस्त वैक्सीन स्टोर व कोल्ड चैन पॉइंट पर बिजली की आपूर्ति में व्यवधान ना आए ताकि वैक्सीन खराब ना हो।

मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि इस वर्ष 4,32,851 बच्चों को पल्स पोलियो पिलाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। पूर्व में 28 मई को अभियान आयोजित किया जाना था इसलिए अभियान से संबंधित लगभग तैयारियां पूरी की जा चुकी है।

अभियान के जिला नोडल अधिकारी व आरसीएचओ डॉ. राजेश कुमार गुप्ता ने बताया कि 4,82,000 पोलियो वैक्सीन डोज जिले को प्राप्त हो चुकी है जिसे जिला वैक्सिन स्टोर में सुरक्षित रखा गया है।

इसे 25 जून अभियान से चार-पांच दिन पहले कोल्ड चेन पॉइंट पर रवाना किया जाएगा।

स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं के अतिरिक्त आशा, आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता, नर्सिंग विद्यार्थियों व स्वयं सेवी संस्थाओं के सहयोग से अभियान को सफल बनाया जाएगा।

विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन के सर्विलेंस मेडिकल ऑफिसर डॉ अनुरोध तिवारी ने पल्स पोलियो अभियान की आवश्यकता, पृष्ठभूमि और वर्तमान परिदृश्य पर प्रकाश डाला।

इस अवसर पर उपनिदेशक महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग जुगल किशोर शर्मा, जिला अस्पताल के अधीक्षक डॉ. प्रवीण चतुर्वेदी, पीबीएम अस्पताल के प्रतिनिधि डॉ. गौरी शंकर जोशी, डॉ. नवल किशोर गुप्ता, डॉ. सी एस मोदी, डॉ. लोकेश गुप्ता सहित स्वास्थ्य विभाग के ब्लॉक सीएमओ, बीपीएम व जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, MaruSangram. The sub-national pulse polio campaign which was to be held on Sunday, May 28, will now be held on June 25. It has been postponed in view of the scorching heat and the strike by women health workers.

A detailed review of the preparations for the pulse polio campaign to be held after one month was done in the District Task Force meeting held at the District Collector Auditorium on Tuesday. District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that better micro-planning and execution of work will have to be ensured so that not even a single child in the age group of 0 to 5 years is left behind in this campaign.

He directed all the Block CMOs and Urban Program Managers to fix the micro-plans and feed two drops of life to 100 percent children by including the raw settlements which were left out or the newly settled colonies in the micro-plans.

He made it clear that on June 25, the maximum target has to be achieved at all the booths. He instructed Additional District Education Officer Sunil Boda that on Sunday, June 25, all the schools where vaccination booths would be opened, their opening and arrangement of necessary table chairs etc. should be ensured.

He instructed the representative of the electricity company that until the polio campaign is organized, there should be no interruption in the power supply at all the vaccine stores and cold chain points so that the vaccine does not get spoiled.

Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar said that this year a target has been set to give pulse polio to 4,32,851 children. Earlier the campaign was to be organized on May 28, so almost preparations related to the campaign have been completed.

District Nodal Officer and RCHO of the campaign Dr. Rajesh Kumar Gupta told that the district has received 4,82,000 polio vaccine doses which have been kept safe in the district vaccine store.

It will be dispatched to the cold chain point four-five days before the June 25 campaign.
