कायाकल्प अवार्ड में कोटगेट यूपीएचसी संभाग में प्रथम, मिलेंगे 2 लाख रूपए….

11 यूपीएचसी, 6 सीएचसी, 15 पीएचसी व 30 एचडब्ल्यूसी उपकेंद्रों ने जीते 25 हजार से 1 लाख रुपए के नकद पुरस्कार

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। स्वच्छता से स्वास्थ्य के मूलमन्त्र से जुड़े वार्षिक कायाकल्प अवार्ड में इस बार बीकानेर ने बड़ी उपलब्धि हासिल की है।

कोटगेट यूपीएचसी न. 5 ने संभाग में प्रथम स्थान हासिल करते हुए 2 लाख रुपए का नकद पुरस्कार जीता है। वहीं प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में गुसाईसर तथा एचडब्ल्यूसी उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में उत्तमदेसर जिले में प्रथम रहे हैं। वहीं जिले के 11 शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों, 6 सीएचसी, 14 पीएचसी व 29 एचडब्ल्यूसी उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों ने निरीक्षण में 70 प्रतिशत से अधिक अंक प्राप्त करते हुए सांत्वना पुरस्कार स्वरुप 25 हजार से लेकर 1 लाख रूपए के नकद पुरस्कार जीते हैं।

जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने वर्ष के प्रारम्भ से ही जिले के प्रत्येक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र को कायाकल्प अवार्ड के लिए लक्ष्य दिया था। समय समय पर इसकी समीक्षा भी की गई। बड़ी उपलब्धि पर उन्होंने मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार कार्यक्रम के जिला नोडल अधिकारी डिप्टी सीएएमएचओ परिवार कल्याण डॉ. योगेन्द्र तनेजा, यूपीएचसी न. 5 प्रभारी डॉ बिंदु गर्ग सहित सभी विजेता अस्पताल प्रभारियों को बधाई प्रेषित की है।

इन स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों ने मारी बाजी
डॉ. अबरार ने बताया कि रानी बाजार स्थित यूपीएचसी नंबर 7, यूपीएचसी सर्वोदय बस्ती, मुरलीधर व्यास नगर, तिलक नगर, यूपीएचसी नंबर 1, यूपीएचसी भुजिया बाजार, यूपीएससी नंबर 3 धनपत राय, यूपीएचसी बीछवाल, यूपीएससी नंबर 4 विवेक विहार, यूपीएचसी इंदिरा कॉलोनी तथा यूपीएचसी नोखा ने 50-50 हजार रुपए सांत्वना पुरस्कार के रूप में जीते हैं। सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में देशनोक, खाजूवाला, मोमासर, पांचू, गजनेर व नापासर ने सांत्वना पुरस्कार जीता है।

प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में गुसाईसर जिले में प्रथम रहा है जबकि काकड़ा, उदरासर रिड़ी, सेरूणा, नाथूसर, कुदसू , जांगलू , पूनरासर, दुलचासर, आरडी 820, गोडू, राजासर भाटियान, मुकाम तथा रानेर दामोलाई ने सांत्वना पुरस्कार जीता है।

स्वास्थ्य कल्याण केंद्र बने उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में उत्तमदेसर जिले में प्रथम रहा वहीं दूदवाली व जेगला पन्ना दरोगा दोनों रनर अप रहे हैं। इनके अलावा 27 अन्य एचडब्ल्यूसी उपकेंद्रों ने सांत्वना पुरस्कार जीता है।

उन्होंने बताया कि पुरस्कार राशि में से 75 प्रतिशत राशि अस्पताल की मेडिकेयर रिलीफ सोसायटी में जमा होगी।

इस राशि का उपयोग अस्पताल की सुविधा वृद्धि में किया जाएगा। वहीं शेष 25 प्रतिशत राशि अस्पताल के कार्मिकों को प्रोत्साहन स्वरूप वितरित की जाएगी।

कैसे मिलता है कायाकल्प अवार्ड
डॉ तनेजा ने जानकारी दी कि कायाकल्प कार्यक्रम के तहत अस्पताल का रखरखाव, सैनिटेशन एंड हाइजीन, अपशिष्ट निस्तारण (बायो मेडिकल वेस्ट मैनेजमेंट), संक्रमण नियंत्रण, सपोर्ट सर्विस तथा हाइजीन प्रमोशन के 6 बिन्दुओं के आधार पर चार स्तारीय निरीक्षण किया जाता है। इसमें 70 प्रतिशत से अधिक अंक मिलते ही पुरस्कार पक्का हो जाता है।

यूपीएचसी नंबर 7 व पीएचसी काकड़ा ने अपने-अपने वर्ग में सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त किए लेकिन पूर्व में विजेता रहने के कारण नियमानुसार सांत्वना पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. This time Bikaner has achieved a big achievement in the annual Kayakalp Award related to the basic mantra of cleanliness and health.

Kotgate UPHC No. 5 has won a cash prize of Rs 2 lakh for standing first in the division. On the other hand, Gusaisar in primary health centers and Uttamdesar in HWC sub-health centers have been first in the district. On the other hand, 11 Urban Primary Health Centers, 6 CHCs, 14 PHCs and 29 HWC Sub Health Centers of the district have won cash prizes ranging from Rs 25 thousand to Rs 1 lakh as consolation prizes, getting more than 70 percent marks in the inspection.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal had given target for rejuvenation award to each health center of the district from the beginning of the year. It was also reviewed from time to time. Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar, District Nodal Officer of the program, Deputy CAMHO Family Welfare Dr. Yogendra Taneja, UPHC no. Congratulations have been sent to all the winning hospital in-charges including 5 in-charge Dr. Bindu Garg.

These health centers won
Dr. Abrar told that UPHC No. 7 located at Rani Bazar, UPHC Sarvodaya Basti, Murlidhar Vyas Nagar, Tilak Nagar, UPHC No. 1, UPHC Bhujia Bazar, UPSC No. 3 Dhanpat Rai, UPHC Beechwal, UPSC No. 4 Vivek Vihar, UPHC Indira Colony And UPHC Nokha has won 50-50 thousand rupees as consolation prize. Deshnok, Khajuwala, Momasar, Panchu, Gajner and Napasar have won consolation prizes in Community Health Centers.

Among primary health centres, Gusaisar stood first in the district while Kakra, Udrasar Ridi, Seruna, Nathusar, Kudsu, Janglu, Punrasar, Dulchasar, RD 820, Godu, Rajasar Bhatian, Mukam and Raner Damolai won consolation prizes.

Uttamdesar stood first in the district among the sub-health centers, while both Dudwali and Jegla Panna Daroga were runners-up. Besides these, 27 other HWC sub-centres have won consolation prizes.

He informed that 75 percent of the prize money will be deposited in the Medicare Relief Society of the hospital.

This amount will be used to enhance the facilities of the hospital. And the remaining 25 percent amount will be distributed as incentive to the hospital personnel.

How to get Kayakalp Award
Dr. Taneja informed that under the Kayakalp program, four-tier inspection is done on the basis of 6 points of hospital maintenance, sanitation and hygiene, waste disposal (Bio Medical Waste Management), infection control, support service and hygiene promotion. The prize is confirmed as soon as more than 70 percent marks are obtained in this.

UPHC No. 7 and PHC Kakda secured maximum marks in their respective categories but as winners in the former, they received consolation prizes as per rules.
