चकगर्बी में वित्तीय साक्षरता शिविर आयोजित, 110 लोगों ने खुलवाए बैंक खाते….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। चकगर्बी में शिफ्ट किए गए परिवारों को वित्तीय साक्षरता से जोड़ने और इनके बैंक खाते खोलने के लिए जिला कलक्टर एवं नगर विकास न्यास अध्यक्ष भगवती प्रसाद कलाल की पहल शुक्रवार को यूको बैंक की ओर विशेष शिविर लगाया गया।
चकगर्बी के नवनिर्मित सामुदायिक भवन में आयोजित शिविर में 110 बैंक खाते खोले गए।
शाखा प्रबंधक गौरव खत्री ने बताया कि प्रतिभागियों को बैंकिंग कार्यप्रणाली और वित्तीय लेन-देन की जानकारी दी गई। इस दौरान यूआईटी के कनिष्ठ अभियंता विनीत शीलू, सहायक प्रबंधक मेघा पोपली और ताराचंद आदि मौजूद रहे।
उल्लेखनीय है कि जिला कलक्टर की पहल पर शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में झुग्गी-झोंपड़ियां बनाकर रहने वाले सैंकड़ों परिवारों को चकगर्बी में पुर्नवासित किया गया है। इनके लिए सभी पानी, बिजली, सड़क, स्ट्रीट लाइट, शौचालय सहित सभी आधारभूत सुविधाएं मुहैया करवाई गई हैं। यहां रहने वाले बच्चों के लिए राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय भी स्वीकृत करवाया गया है।
सामुदायिक भवन बना उपयोगी
जिला कलक्टर द्वारा यहां शिफ्ट किए गए परिवारों के लिए सामुदायिक भवन स्वीकृत किया। लगभग 40 लाख रुपये की लागत से बना यह भवन स्थानीय नागरिकों के लिए काम आ रहा है।
शीघ्र ही यहां तीन एनजीओ द्वारा अलग-अलग प्रशिक्षण प्रारम्भ किए जाएंगे। इसी श्रृंखला में नव स्वीकृत विद्यालय भी अस्थाई रूप से यहीं चलाया जाएगा।
जिला कलक्टर ने गत दिनों यहां विजिट करते हुए इसे शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए थे।
Financial literacy camp organized in Chakgarbi, 110 people opened bank accounts….
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. In order to connect the families shifted to Chakgarbi with financial literacy and to open their bank accounts, on the initiative of District Collector and Chairman of the City Development Trust Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, a special camp was organized towards UCO Bank on Friday.
110 bank accounts were opened in the camp organized in the newly constructed community hall of Chakgarbi.
Branch Manager Gaurav Khatri said that the participants were given information about banking procedures and financial transactions. During this, UIT’s Junior Engineer Vineet Sheelu, Assistant Manager Megha Popli and Tarachand etc. were present.
It is worth mentioning that on the initiative of the District Collector, hundreds of families living in slums in different areas of the city have been rehabilitated in Chakgarbi. All basic facilities including water, electricity, roads, street lights, toilets have been provided for them. Government primary school has also been approved for the children living here.

The community building was approved by the District Collector for the families shifted here. Built at a cost of about Rs 40 lakh, this building is useful for the local citizens.
Soon different training will be started by three NGOs here. In this series, the newly approved school will also be run here temporarily.
The District Collector, while visiting here last days, had given instructions to complete it soon.
