नईदिल्ली, @MaruSangram। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 28 मई, 2023 को नवनिर्मित संसद भवन राष्ट्र को समर्पित करेंगे।
लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने गुरुवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से मुलाकात की और उन्हें नए संसद भवन के उद्घाटन के लिए आमंत्रित किया।
लोकसभा सचिवालय के अनुसार नए संसद भवन का निर्माण अब पूरा हो गया है और नया भवन आत्मनिर्भर भारत की भावना का प्रतीक हैं।
जानकारी के मुताबिक, चार मंजिला नए संसद भवन में मंत्रियों और पार्टियों का ही नहीं, सांसदों का भी अपना कमरा होगा। पुराने संसद के मुकाबले इसमें सबकुछ बदला-बदला नजर आएगा। संसद से जुड़े मार्शल और कर्मचारी राष्ट्रीय फैशन प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (एनआईएफटी) की डिजाइन की हुई नई वेशभूषा में नजर आएंगे।
2020 में किया गया था शिलान्यास
लोकसभा और राज्यसभा दोनों सदनों ने पांच अगस्त 2019 को सरकार से संसद के नए भवन के निर्माण के लिए आग्रह किया था। इसके बाद 10 दिसंबर 2020 को प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने संसद के नए भवन का शिलान्यास किया था। संसद के नवनिर्मित भवन को गुणवत्ता के साथ रिकॉर्ड समय में तैयार किया गया है। अब संसद का नवनिर्मित भवन जहां एक और भारत की गौरवशाली लोकतांत्रिक परंपराओं और संवैधानिक मूल्यों को और अधिक समृद्ध करने का कार्य करेगा, वहीं अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त इस भवन में सदस्यों को अपने कार्यों को और बेहतर तरीके से परफॉर्म करने में भी सहायता मिलेगी।
लोकसभा में बैठ सकेंगे 888 सदस्य
संसद के वर्तमान भवन में लोकसभा में 550 जबकि राज्यसभा में 250 सदस्यों की बैठक की व्यवस्था है। भविष्य की आवश्यकताओं को देखते हुए संसद के नवनिर्मित भवन में लोकसभा में 888 जबकि राज्यसभा में 384 सदस्यों की बैठक की व्यवस्था की गई है। दोनों सदनों का संयुक्त सत्र लोकसभा चैम्बर में ही आयोजित होगा।
सेंट्रल हॉल नहीं, कमेटी हॉल
नए संसद भवन में सेंट्रल हॉल नहीं होगा। इसकी जगह कमेटी हॉल होगा। इसमें विशेष तौर पर बेहद खूबसूरत संविधान कक्ष बनाया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त लाउंज, पुस्तकालय, कैंटीन की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी।

भविष्य का रखा गया है ख्याल
भविष्य में संसद के दोनों सदनों में सांसदों की संख्या बढ़ाने की संभावना का नए संसद भवन के निर्माण में ख्याल रखा गया है। इसमें 1,224 (लोकसभा के 888 और राज्यसभा के 384) सांसदों के बैठने की व्यवस्था है।
1971 के बाद से सांसदों की संख्या नहीं बढ़ाई गई
दरअसल, साल 1971 के बाद से लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में सांसदों की संख्या नहीं बढ़ाई गई है। कई बार 33 फीसदी संख्या बढ़ाने पर विचार हुआ। वर्तमान में 25 लाख की आबादी पर एक सांसद है जो दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा है। इसे पुराने संसद भवन से 17,000 वर्गमीटर बड़ा बनाया गया है।
भविष्य में संसद के दोनों सदनों में सांसदों की संख्या बढ़ाने की संभावना का नए संसद भवन के निर्माण में ख्याल रखा गया है। इसमें 1,224 (लोकसभा के 888 और राज्यसभा के 384) सांसदों के बैठने की व्यवस्था है।

In comparison to the old Parliament, everything will be seen changed. The marshals and staff attached to Parliament will be seen in new costumes designed by the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
The foundation stone was laid in 2020
On August 5, 2019, both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha had urged the government to construct a new building for Parliament. After this, on 10 December 2020, Prime Minister Modi laid the foundation stone of the new Parliament building. The newly constructed Parliament building has been constructed in record time with quality. Now the newly constructed building of the Parliament, where one more will work to further enrich India’s glorious democratic traditions and constitutional values, while this building equipped with state-of-the-art facilities will also help the members to perform their functions in a better way.
888 members will be able to sit in the Lok Sabha
In the present building of the Parliament, there is a provision for a meeting of 550 members in the Lok Sabha while 250 in the Rajya Sabha. Keeping in view the future requirements, arrangements have been made for a meeting of 888 members in the Lok Sabha and 384 members in the Rajya Sabha in the newly constructed building of the Parliament. The joint session of both the Houses will be held in the Lok Sabha Chamber only.
Not Central Hall, Committee Hall
There will be no Central Hall in the new Parliament House. It will be replaced by a committee hall. A very beautiful constitution room has been specially made in this. Apart from this, lounge, library, canteen facilities will be available.

In fact, since 1971, the number of MPs in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha has not been increased. Many times the idea of increasing the number to 33 percent was discussed. At present there is one MP for a population of 2.5 million which is the highest in the world. It has been built 17,000 square meters larger than the old Parliament House.
