बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। प्रमुख शासन सचिव तथा जिला प्रभारी सचिव आलोक गुप्ता ने शुक्रवार को नाल में आयोजित स्थाई महंगाई राहत शिविर तथा मेघासर के प्रशासन गांवों के संग और महंगाई राहत के अस्थाई शिविर का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल भी साथ रहे।
प्रभारी सचिव ने लाभार्थियों को मुख्यमंत्री गारंटी कार्ड सौंपे तथा शिविरों में अब तक हुए पंजीकरण की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि गर्मी के मद्देनजर पेयजल, छाया, हवा और बैठक की माकूल व्यवस्था की जाए, जिससे आमजन को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी नहीं हो।
प्रभारी सचिव ने मेघासर शिविर में लगाए गए विभिन्न विभागों के काउंटर देखे। अधिकारियों द्वारा किए गए कार्यों का फीडबैक लिया।
उन्होंने कहा कि शिविर के दौरान करवाए जा सकने वाले कार्यों की जानकारी और विभाग का नाम शिविर स्थल पर चस्पा किया जाए। वहीं विभिन्न योजनाओं के आवेदन के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र पर्याप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध रखे जाएं।
उन्होंने महंगाई राहत शिविर में दस योजनाओं के लाभ के बारे में बताया और कहा कि शिविरों का प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाए।
इस दौरान उन्होंने लाभार्थियों को मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड, रोडवेज पास और उत्तराधिकार नामांतरण पत्र सौंपा।
मेघासर में आयोजित शिविर के दौरान महिला अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा गोद भराई और अन्नप्राशन की रस्म की गई।
इस दौरान बेटी जन्मोत्सव मनाया गया तथा थाली बजाकर बेटी के जन्म की खुशियां मनाई गई। नवजात बेटी की माता को सहजन फली का पौधा दिया गया। पहली बार आंगनबाड़ी जाने वाले बच्चों को शिक्षण सामग्री प्रदान की गई।
इस दौरान जिला परिषद की मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नित्या के., उपखंड अधिकारी अशोक कुमार बिश्नोई, सहायक निदेशक (लोक सेवाएं) सवीना बिश्नोई, तहसीलदार कालूराम पडिहार तथा तहसीलदार भू-अभिलेख इम्तियाज भाटी आदि मौजूद रहे।

Principal Government Secretary and District In-charge Secretary Alok Gupta inspected the permanent dearness relief camp organized at Nal and the temporary dearness relief camp along with the administration villages of Meghasar. During this, District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal was also with him.
The Secretary in-charge handed over the Chief Minister’s Guarantee Cards to the beneficiaries and inquired about the registration done in the camps so far. He said that in view of the heat, proper arrangements should be made for drinking water, shade, air and seating, so that the common man does not face any kind of problem.
The Secretary in-charge visited the counters of various departments set up at the Meghasar camp. Took feedback of the work done by the officers.
He said that information about the works that can be done during the camp and the name of the department should be pasted at the site of the camp. At the same time, sufficient number of application forms should be kept available for the application of various schemes.
He told about the benefits of ten schemes in the inflation relief camp and said that the camps should be publicized.
During this, he handed over MNREGA job cards, roadways passes and succession transfer letters to the beneficiaries.
During the camp organized in Meghasar, the ceremony of baby shower and Annaprashan was performed by the Women Empowerment Department.
During this, the birth anniversary of the daughter was celebrated and the joy of the birth of the daughter was celebrated by playing the plate. Drumstick plant was given to the mother of a new born daughter. For the first time children going to Anganwadi were provided with educational material.
During this Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Nitya K., Sub-Divisional Officer Ashok Kumar Bishnoi, Assistant Director (Public Services) Savina Bishnoi, Tehsildar Kaluram Padihar and Tehsildar Land Records Imtiaz Bhati etc. were present.
