बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। संयुक्त आयुक्त खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि नियंत्रण के निर्देशों की पालना में शुक्रवार को खाजूवाला में स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा निरीक्षण एवं नमूनीकरण की कार्रवाई की गई।
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि खाजूवाला मुख्य बाजार में कार्यवाही के दौरान 50 किलो खराब मिठाई व 40 किलो भुजिया को मौके पर ही नष्ट करवाया गया। विभिन्न संस्थानों से घी, तेल, मावा, मावा मिठाई, नमक के 8 नमूने लिए गए। लिए गए नमूनों को खाद्य प्रयोगशाला बीकानेर भिजवाया जाएगा।
जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने पर नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जाएगी। इस कार्रवाई में बीसीएमओ खाजूवाला डॉ मुकेश मीणा तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी भानु प्रताप सिंह, श्रवण कुमार वर्मा, सुरेंद्र कुमार तथा राकेश गोदारा शामिल रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. In compliance with the instructions of the Joint Commissioner Food Safety and Drug Control, inspection and sampling was done by the Health Department in Khajuwala on Friday.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Mohammad Abrar Panwar said that during the action in Khajuwala main market, 50 kg of spoiled sweets and 40 kg of Bhujia were destroyed on the spot. 8 samples of ghee, oil, mawa, mawa sweets, salt were taken from different institutions. The samples taken will be sent to the Food Laboratory, Bikaner.
On receipt of the inquiry report, action will be taken as per rules. BCMO Khajuwala Dr. Mukesh Meena and Food Safety Officers Bhanu Pratap Singh, Shravan Kumar Verma, Surendra Kumar and Rakesh Godara were involved in this action.
