बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। शुद्ध के लिए युद्ध अभियान के अंतर्गत खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त के निर्देशानुसार ढाबा-रेस्टोरेंट्स में खाद्य सुरक्षा हेतु विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
मंगलवार को बीकानेर शहरी क्षेत्र मे ढाबा व रेस्टोरेंट्स का निरीक्षण किया गया। मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ मोहम्मद अबरार पवार ने बताया कि खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी भानु प्रताप सिंह, सुरेंद्र कुमार, श्रवण वर्मा व राकेश गोदारा के दल ने दीनदयाल सर्किल, जेएनवी कॉलोनी व सादुल गंज क्षेत्र के रेस्टोरेंट-बार व ढाबा में पहुंचकर वहां लाइसेंस रजिस्ट्रेशन की जांच की। जिनके पास लाइसेंस नहीं था उन्हें लाइसेंस बनवाने के लिए पाबंद किया। कहीं स्टोर में मिले एक्सपायरी सामान को मौके पर ही नष्ट करवाया गया।
रेस्टोरेंट्स से पैकिंग मैटेरियल के सैंपल लेकर उनकी जांच की गई तथा फूड ग्रेड पैकिंग मैटेरियल को ही खाने के लिए पैकिंग में यूज करने हेतु पाबंद किया गया।
