महिलाओं को मिलेगा कौशल प्रशिक्षण, विद्युत निगम लगाएगा विद्युत कनेक्शन के लिए शिविर, जल्दी चालू होगा पक्के आवासों का निर्माण….
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। चकगर्बी में रहने वाली महिलाओं को कौशल प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। यहां रहने वाले 74 परिवारों को शीघ्र विद्युत कनेक्शन मिलेंगे और अब तक स्वीकृत दस परिवारों के पक्के मकान बनने का कार्य शीघ्र प्रारंभ होगा।
जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने शनिवार को चकगर्बी क्षेत्र में शिफ्ट किए गए परिवारों से मुलाकात के दौरान यह जानकारी दी। जिला कलेक्टर के विजिट के दौरान यहां का नजारा बदला सा नजर आया।
नगर विकास न्यास द्वारा यहां बनाए गए भवन का निर्माण अंतिम चरण में है। शीघ्र ही इसे क्षेत्र वासियों को समर्पित कर दिया जाएगा। यहां रहने वाले 74 परिवारों ने विद्युत कनेक्शन के लिए डिमांड राशि जमा भी करवा दी है।
जिला कलेक्टर ने विद्युत निगम के अधीक्षण अभियंता को रविवार को ही यहां शिविर लगाकर शेष आवेदन करवाने और अब तक हो चुके आवेदनों को कनेक्शन देने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने बताया कि अब तक यहां 10 परिवारों के लिए प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत आवास स्वीकृत हो चुके हैं। इन सभी परिवारों के आवास निर्माण के लिए नगर विकास न्यास को नॉर्म्स के अनुसार नक्शा तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए और कहा कि शीघ्र ही कार्य शुरू करवाया जाए। साथ ही शेष बचे पात्र परिवारों की आवास स्वीकृति की कार्यवाही के लिए निर्देशित किया।
जिला कलेक्टर ने बताया कि यहां नगर विकास न्यास द्वारा लगभग 40 लाख रुपए की लागत से सामुदायिक भवन बनाया गया है। यह स्थानीय लोगों के लिए विभिन्न आयोजनों में उपयोग आ सकेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इसी भवन में 3 स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं द्वारा विभिन्न कार्य करवाए जाएंगे।
एक संस्था महिलाओं को कौशल प्रशिक्षण देगी। दूसरी संस्था द्वारा शिक्षा तथा तीसरी संस्था द्वारा यहां रहने वाले सभी नागरिकों के डॉक्यूमेंट तैयार करवाने का कार्य करवाया जाएगा। शीघ्र ही यहां प्राथमिक विद्यालय भी खोला जाएगा। जहां बच्चे प्राथमिक शिक्षा ग्रहण कर सकेंगे।
दो ब्लॉक में शिफ्ट किए लगभग 800 परिवार
जिला कलेक्टर ने बताया कि चकगर्बी क्षेत्र में दो ब्लॉक तैयार करते हुए यहां लगभग 800 परिवारों को शिफ्ट किया गया है। दोनों ब्लॉक में आधारभूत सुविधाओं का विकास किया गया है। इनमें ट्यूबवेल, टॉयलेट ब्लॉक, विद्युत लाइन और सड़क शामिल है।
जिला कलेक्टर ने बताया कि चकगर्बी क्षेत्र में श्मशान के लिए भी एक बीघा भूमि आरक्षित की गई है।
उन्होंने यहां तारबंदी करते हुए इसे सुरक्षित करने की करवाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही कहा कि यहां रहने वाले लोगों को पात्रता के आधार पर इंदिरा गांधी शायरी रोजगार गारंटी योजना के तहत रोजगार दिलाया जाए।
शहर को झुग्गी मुक्त करने का अलहदा मॉडल है यह
बीकानेर शहरी क्षेत्र को झुग्गी झंपड़ियों से मुक्त करने का यह अलहदा मॉडल है।
जिला कलेक्टर द्वारा शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में झुग्गी झोंपडियां बनाकर रहने वाले लोगों को सम्मानजनक तरीके से यहां शिफ्ट किया। यहां रहने वाले बच्चों का स्कूलों में दाखिला करवाया तथा उन्हें लाने-ले जाने के लिए उसकी बसों की व्यवस्था भी करवाई गई।
इस दौरान नगर विकास न्यास सचिव यशपाल आहूजा सहित न्यास और निगम के कार्मिक मौजूद रहे।

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal gave this information while meeting the shifted families in Chakgarbi area on Saturday. During the visit of the District Collector, the scene here appeared to have changed.
The construction of the building constructed here by the City Development Trust is in the final stage. Soon it will be dedicated to the residents of the area. 74 families living here have also deposited the demand amount for electricity connection.
The District Collector instructed the Superintending Engineer of the Electricity Corporation to organize a camp here on Sunday itself to get the remaining applications done and to give connections to the applications that have been made so far.
He informed that so far houses have been approved for 10 families here under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. For the construction of houses for all these families, the City Development Trust was instructed to prepare a map according to the norms and said that the work should be started soon. Along with this, directed for the process of acceptance of housing for the remaining eligible families.
The District Collector informed that a community building has been constructed here by the City Development Trust at a cost of about Rs 40 lakh. It will be useful for the local people in various events. He informed that various works will be done by 3 voluntary organizations in this building.
An organization will provide skill training to women. Education will be done by the second organization and the work of preparing the documents of all the citizens living here will be done by the third organization. Soon a primary school will also be opened here. Where children can get primary education.
About 800 families shifted in two blocks
The District Collector informed that while preparing two blocks in Chakgarbi area, about 800 families have been shifted here. Basic facilities have been developed in both the blocks. These include tube wells, toilet blocks, power lines and roads.
The District Collector informed that one bigha land has also been reserved for crematorium in Chakgarbi area.
He gave instructions to get it done by fencing it here. Also said that the people living here should be provided employment under the Indira Gandhi Shayari Employment Guarantee Scheme on the basis of eligibility.

The District Collector shifted the people living in slums in different areas of the city in a respectable manner. The children living here were enrolled in schools and buses were arranged for their transportation.
