SBI मैनेजर को 20 हजार की रिश्वत लेते किया गिरफ्तार: डेथ क्लेम पास करने की एवज में मांगे 1.40 लाख रुपए….
बाड़मेर, @MaruSangram। SBI जनरत इंशोरेंस मैनेजर 20 लाख रुपए के क्लेम पास करने की एवज में 55 हजार रुपए रिश्वत के ले चुका है।
जालोर एसीबी ने बाड़मेर मे कार्रवाई करते हुए एसबीआई जनरल इंश्योरेंस के रीजनल मैनेजर को 20 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया है। मैनेजर रिश्वत की राशि डेथ पर मिलने वाले क्लेम को पास करवाने के एवज में मांग रहा था।
मैनेजर ने 20 लाख रुपए पास करवाने की एवज में परिवादी से 1 लाख 40 हजार रुपए की रिश्चत राशि डिमांड की थी। मैनेजर अब तक 20 हजार रुपए सहित कुल 55 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत राशि ले चुका है। ट्रेप की कार्रवाई रेलवे स्टेशन के पास एक होटल में की है। एसीबी टीम मैनेजर के आवास अन्य ठिकानों की तलाशी ले रही है।
परिवादी चित्राराम ने एसीबी को शिकायत की थी। भाई रमेश की सड़क हादसे में मौत हो गई थी।
एसबीआई में जनरल इश्योरेंस में बीमा करवाया हुआ था। मृत्यु होने के बाद 20 लाख रुपए क्लेम का पास करने एवं राशि को होल्ड नहीं करने की एवज में राजेश कुमार रीजनल मैनेजर एसबीआई लाइफ इश्योरेंस बाड़मेर 1 लाख 40 रुपए की डिमांड कर रहा है। उस समय परिवादी ने 25 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत परिवादी दी थी। एसीबी को शिकायत मिलने के बाद सत्यापन करवाया गया।
जालोर एसीबी के एएसपी महावीरसिंह राणावत के मुताबिक परिवादी ने शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी कि रिश्वत राशि नहीं देने पर क्लेम राशि को होल्ड करने की धमकियां दे रहा था।
इस पर सत्यापन करवाया उस समय भी परिवादी से 10 हजार रुपए ले लिए। इसके बाद मैनेजर शेष रिश्वत राशि की डिमांड कर रहा था। इस पर टीम ने आज बाड़मेर रेलवे स्टेशन के पास होटल में परिवादी को 20 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत राशि लेकर भेजा गया।
एसीबी टीम ने मैनेजर राजेश कुमार पुत्र नारायणलाल कुंहार निवासी हनुवंत कॉलोनी जोधपुर हाल एसबीआई जनरल इंश्योरेंस को 20 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत राशि लेते रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया है।
मैनेजर परिवादी से क्लेम की एवज में कुल 55 हजार रुपए रिश्वत ले चुका है।

While taking action in Barmer, Jalore ACB has arrested the Regional Manager of SBI General Insurance red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs.20,000. The manager was demanding the amount of bribe in lieu of passing the claim received on death.
The manager had demanded a bribe amount of Rs 1 lakh 40 thousand from the complainant in lieu of passing Rs 20 lakh. The manager has so far taken a total bribe amount of Rs 55 thousand including Rs 20 thousand. The trap is done in a hotel near the railway station. The ACB team is searching the manager’s residence and other locations.
Complainant Chitraram had complained to the ACB. Brother Ramesh had died in a road accident.
Insurance was done in SBI General Insurance. Rajesh Kumar Regional Manager SBI Life Insurance Barmer is demanding Rs 1 lakh 40 in lieu of passing the claim of Rs 20 lakh after death and not holding the amount. At that time the complainant had given a bribe of 25 thousand rupees to the complainant. After receiving the complaint, the ACB got the verification done.
According to Jalore ACB ASP Mahavir Singh Ranawat, the complainant had lodged a complaint that he was threatening to hold the claim amount if the bribe amount was not paid.
Got the verification done on this, at that time also took 10 thousand rupees from the complainant. After this the manager was demanding the remaining bribe amount. On this, the team today sent the complainant to a hotel near Barmer railway station with a bribe amount of Rs 20,000.
The ACB team has arrested Manager Rajesh Kumar S/o Narayanlal Kunhar, resident of Hanuwant Colony, Jodhpur Hall, SBI General Insurance, red-handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 20,000.
The manager has taken a total bribe of Rs 55 thousand from the complainant in lieu of the claim.
