महंगाई राहत शिविरों का नियमित पर्यवेक्षण करें प्रभारी अधिकारी, चाक चौबंद रहें व्यवस्थाएं: जिला कलेक्टर ने ली बैठक”…..

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला कलेक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने कहा कि महंगाई राहत शिविरों के प्रभारी शिविर स्थल पर सभी व्यवस्थाओं की मॉनिटरिंग करें। शिविर में नियोजित समस्त कार्मिकों से समन्वय करते हुए अधिक से अधिक लोगों का पंजीकरण सुनिश्चित करवाएं।

जिला कलेक्टर ने जिले में संचालित स्थाई और अस्थाई महंगाई राहत कैंप प्रभारियों की गुरुवार को आयोजित बैठक के दौरान यह निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने कहा कि शिविर प्रारंभ हुए चार दिन हो चुके हैं। ऐसे में शुक्रवार से समन्वय की कमी के कारण किसी प्रकार की अव्यवस्था नहीं रहे। शिविर स्थल पर सभी व्यवस्थाएं चाक-चौबंद रखी जाएं।

शिविर प्रभारी शिविर की शुरुआत में ऑपरेटर को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दे तथा कंप्यूटर एवं इंटरनेट कनेक्शन की प्रभावी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उन्होंने कहा कि शिविर में पंजीकरण बढ़ाया जाए तथा समय पर आवश्यक सूचनाएं उपलब्ध करवाई जाएं। उन्होंने पंजीकरण तथा मुख्यमंत्री गारंटी कार्ड वितरण में समानता बनाए रखने के लिए भी निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य स्तर पर इन शिविरों की नियमित समीक्षा होती है। इसके मद्देनजर सभी अधिकारी पूर्ण गंभीरता से कार्य करें।

उन्होंने कहा कि मॉनिटरिंग में लापरवाही बरतने वाले प्रभारी अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की जाएगी। उन्होंने सभी प्रभारियों से अब तक का फीडबैक लिया। इस दौरान जिले के समस्त उपखंड क्षेत्रों के प्रभारी वीडियो कांफ्रेंस के माध्यम से जुड़े रहे।

कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार से नगर निगम आयुक्त केसर लाल मीणा, अतिरिक्त कलेक्टर (नगर) पंकज शर्मा, नगर विकास न्यास सचिव यशपाल आहूजा, स्वामी केशवानंद राजस्थान कृषि विश्वविद्यालय की कुलसचिव सुनीता चौधरी, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग की उपनिदेशक शारदा चौधरी, विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के जिला प्रभारी सुनील बोड़ा, राजस्थानी भाषा साहित्य एवं संस्कृति अकादमी के सचिव शरद केवालिया सहित विभिन्न अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that the in-charge of dearness relief camps should monitor all the arrangements at the camp site. By coordinating with all the personnel employed in the camp, ensure the registration of maximum number of people.

The District Collector gave these instructions during the meeting held on Thursday of permanent and temporary dearness relief camp in-charge in the district.

He said that it has been four days since the camp started. In such a situation, there was no chaos due to lack of coordination since Friday. All the arrangements at the camp site should be kept in check.

The camp in-charge should give necessary guidelines to the operator at the beginning of the camp and ensure effective arrangement of computer and internet connection.

He said that registration in the camp should be increased and necessary information should be made available on time. He also directed to maintain uniformity in registration and distribution of Chief Minister’s Guarantee Card. He said that these camps are regularly reviewed at the state level. In view of this, all the officers should work with full seriousness.

He said that action will be taken against the officers in charge who are negligent in monitoring. He took feedback from all the in-charges so far. During this, the in-charge of all the subdivision areas of the district remained connected through video conference.

Municipal Corporation Commissioner Kesar Lal Meena, Additional Collector (City) Pankaj Sharma, Urban Development Trust Secretary Yashpal Ahuja, Sunita Chowdhary, Registrar of Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Sharda Chowdhary, Deputy Director of Women and Child Development Department, from the Collectorate Auditorium. Various officers including District Incharge Sunil Boda, Secretary of Rajasthani Language Literature and Culture Academy Sharad Kewalia were present.
