पैपा के साथ हुई वार्ता में निदेशक गौरव अग्रवाल ने दिया आश्वासन
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। आरटीई से संबंधित समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए निदेशक प्रारंभिक एवं माध्यमिक शिक्षा, गौरव अग्रवाल ने शीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया है।
निदेशक अग्रवाल ने ये आश्वासन प्राईवेट एज्यूकेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट्स प्रोसपैरिटी एलायंस (पैपा) के प्रतिनिधि मंडल को एक वार्ता के दौरान दिया है।
पैपा के प्रदेश समन्वयक गिरिराज खैरीवाल ने बताया कि आरटीई संबंधित समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए बिंदुवार चर्चा निदेशक के साथ हुई। इस दौरान स्टाफ आफिसर अरुण शर्मा एवं आरटीई की प्रभारी अधिकारी चंद्र किरण पंवार भी उपस्थित रहे तथा निदेशक श्री अग्रवाल ने दोनों अधिकारियों से बिंदुवार डिस्कशन भी किया।
आरटीई के अंतर्गत केवल एंट्री लेवल क्लास में ही एडमिशन देने, सत्र 2020-21 के अंतर्गत आफलाइन तरीके से शिक्षण कार्य कराने वाले स्कूल्स को तुरंत भुगतान करने, सत्र 2018-19 तक एवं सत्र 2019-20 के भुगतान के लिए लगाए गए सभी बैरियर्स हटाने, आरटीई शुरू होने से अब तक भुगतान एवं भौतिक सत्यापन अपलोड करने से वंचित स्कूल्स को एक अंतिम अवसर और देने तथा सत्र 2021-22 एवं सत्र 2022-23 का भुगतान तुरंत रिलीज करने संबंधित मांगों पर गंभीर चर्चा की गई।
चर्चा के बाद निदेशक श्री अग्रवाल ने आश्वसत किया कि वे सभी बिंदुओं पर सकारात्मक रूप से सरकार के समक्ष प्रस्ताव शीघ्र से शीघ्र भिजवाने की कार्यवाही करेंगे। खैरीवाल ने बताया कि यह वार्ता शिक्षामंत्री डॉ. बी. डी. कल्ला द्वारा निदेशक अग्रवाल को निर्देशित करने से संभव हो सकी।
उन्होंने बताया कि सोमवार दोपहर में उनकी अगुवाई में डा. कल्ला से संतोष रंगा, अनुराग हर्ष, मनोज व्यास, अभिजीत व्यास एवं आनंद व्यास मिले और आरटीई संबंधित समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पुरजोर मांग की थी।
उसी समय शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ कल्ला ने निदेशक को कॉल कर पैपा के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ गंभीर चर्चा के लिए निर्देशित कर दिया।
उसके पश्चात हुई वार्ता में खैरीवाल के अतिरिक्त डॉ. अभय सिंह टाक, अभिजीत व्यास, कृष्ण कुमार स्वामी, आनंद व्यास, घनश्याम साध, रमेश बालेचा, रमेश सैनी, रघुनाथ बेनीवाल, विनोद भाटी, राकेश पंवार, गणेश कुमार दुबे, अमजद अब्बासी एवं जितेंद्र बालेचा सम्मिलित रहे।

Director Gaurav Aggarwal gave assurance in talks with Papa
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. To solve the problems related to RTE, Director Elementary and Secondary Education, Gaurav Aggarwal has assured appropriate action soon.
Director Aggarwal gave this assurance to the delegation of Private Educational Institutes Prosperity Alliance (PAPA) during a discussion.
PAPA’s state coordinator Giriraj Khairiwal said that point-wise discussion was held with the director to solve RTE related problems. During this, Staff Officer Arun Sharma and Officer in-charge of RTE Chandra Kiran Panwar were also present and Director Mr. Aggarwal also had point-wise discussion with both the officers.
Admission under RTE only in entry level class, immediate payment to schools doing offline teaching work under session 2020-21, removal of all barriers imposed till session 2018-19 and payment for session 2019-20 Serious discussion was held on the demands related to giving one last chance to the schools deprived of uploading payment and physical verification since the start of RTE and releasing the payment of session 2021-22 and session 2022-23 immediately.
After the discussion, Director Mr. Aggarwal assured that he will positively take action to send the proposal to the government at the earliest on all points. Khairiwal told that this talk was held by Education Minister Dr. B.K. It was possible by D. Kalla’s guidance to Director Agarwal.
He told that Santosh Ranga, Anurag Harsh, Manoj Vyas, Abhijeet Vyas and Anand Vyas met Dr. Kalla under his leadership on Monday afternoon and made a strong demand for the solution of RTE related problems.
