पोर्नोग्राफी वीडियो देखने, अपलोड, डाउनलोड करने वाले 22 जनों की रिपोर्ट भेजी…
श्रीगंगानगर, @MaruSangram। मोबाइल पर सोशल मीडिया पर पोर्नोग्राफी pornography वीडियो देखने, शेयर करने, अपलोड करने या डाउनलोड करना कानूनी अपराध है।
इसके चलते हाल ही एनसीआरबी ने जिले के ऐसे 22 व्यक्तियों की रिपोर्ट भेजी है। जिसको साइबर थाने की ओर से संबंधित थानों को भेज दिया गया है। जहां इन व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ मामले दर्ज कर गिरफ्तारी की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
इस संबंध में पदमपुर थाना पुलिस ने तीन व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ प्रकरण दर्ज कर लिए हैं।
साइबर थाने के हैडकांस्टेबल नवीन कुमार ने बताया कि सोशल साइटों, इंस्टाग्राम, फेसबुक आदि पर चाइल्ड पार्नोग्राफी वीडियो देखना, डाउनलोड करना व अपलोड करना तथा सोशल मीडिया पर भेजना आदि गैर कानूनी है। दिल्ली में एनसीआरबी की ओर से इस पर कड़ी निगरानी की जा रही है।
जहां भी देश में इस तरह के वीडियो देखे, अपलोड व डाउनलोड किए जाते हैं या सोशल मीडिया पर भेजे जाते हैं, उनको पकड़ा जाता है।
किस आईपी एड्रस पर यह सब किया जा रहा है। इसकी पूरी जानकारी जुटा ली जाती है और संबंधित सिम धारक का नाम, पता, इलाका आदि का पता लगाया जाता है।
इसके बाद सभी राज्यों को हर माह इसकी पूरी रिपोर्ट भेजी जाती है। प्रदेश पुलिस मुख्यालय के साइबर सेल की ओर से यह रिपोर्ट संबंधित सभी जिलों को भेजी जाती है। इसके बाद जिलों में खुले साइबर थानों की ओर से उनको एरिया के हिसाब से संबंधित थानों को भेज दिया जाता है।
इस रिपोर्ट पर पुलिस थाने में पुलिस की ओर से संबंधित आरोपी के खिलाफ आईटी की धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर गिरफ्तारी की कार्रवाई की जाती है।

Sriganganagar, @MaruSangram. Viewing, sharing, uploading or downloading pornography videos on social media on mobile is a legal offense.
Due to this, recently NCRB has sent the report of 22 such persons in the district. Which has been sent to the concerned police stations by the cyber police station. Where cases will be registered against these persons and action will be taken to arrest them.
In this regard, the Padampur police station has registered cases against three persons.
Head Constable of Cyber Police Station Naveen Kumar said that watching, downloading and uploading child pornography videos on social sites, Instagram, Facebook etc. and sending them on social media is illegal. This is being closely monitored by the NCRB in Delhi.
Wherever such videos are viewed, uploaded and downloaded or sent on social media in the country, they are caught.
On which IP address all this is being done. Its complete information is collected and the name, address, locality etc. of the concerned SIM holder is ascertained.
After this, its complete report is sent to all the states every month. This report is sent to all the concerned districts by the Cyber Cell of the State Police Headquarters. After this, on behalf of the cyber police stations opened in the districts, they are sent to the concerned police stations according to the area.
On this report, action is taken against the concerned accused in the police station by registering a case against the concerned accused in the sections of IT.
