बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला प्रशासन, जिला पुलिस तथा पी.एस.टी. मार्शल आर्ट एकेडमी के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में सरकारी व प्राईवेट कामकाजी, घरेलू महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए ’ऑपरेशन सुरक्षा चक्र’ आत्मरक्षा (मार्शल आर्ट) का मंगलवार को समापन हुआ।
श्री बीकानेर महिला मण्डल स्कूल सभागार में आयोजित समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि संभागीय आयुक्त डॉ. नीरज के. पवन थे।
इस दौरान संस्था के पदाधिकारी पदाधिकारी गजेन्द्र सिंह राठौड़, नगेन्द्र सिंह शेखावत, पुलिस महिला शक्ति टीम की प्रभारी सीर कौर, साईबर सैल एक्सपर्ट सब इन्सपेक्टर देवेन्द्र सिंह, टैक्निकल डायरेक्टर रेन्शी प्रीतम सैन, सेल्फ डिफेन्स एक्सपर्ट सेन्सई सोनिका सैन आदि उपस्थित रहे।
डॉ. नीरज के. पवन ने मां सरस्वती के चित्र के समक्ष द्वीप प्रज्जवलित कर कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की।
इस अवसर पर शिविर की महिला प्रतिभागियों ने सेंसेई सोनिका सैन के निर्देशन में मार्शल आर्ट की विभिन्न तकनीकों को हाथों और पैरों की सहायता से थप्पड़ मारने की स्थिति, दुपट्टा खींचने, चैन स्नेचिंग, गला दबाने व हाथ पकड़ने जैसी स्थितियों में अपना बचाव करने का प्रदर्शन किया।
टैक्निकल डायरेक्टर रेन्शी प्रीतम सैन ने बताया कि यह पहला अवसर था, जब कामकाजी महिलाओं के लिये आत्मरक्षा के वर्कशॉप का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें विभिन्न विभागों की महिलाओं ने बढ़-चढ़ कर भाग लिया।
शिविर के दौरान महिलाओं व बालिकाओं की सुरक्षा के लिये पुलिस विभाग की शक्ति टीम की सक्रियता तथा साईबर सैल की टीम ने साईबर क्राईम से बचने के बारे में बताया।
इस अवसर पर डॉ. नीरज के. पवन ने कहा कि महिलाएं भी अपनी आवाज को बुलन्द करें। आपकी आवाज आपका पहला सैल्फ डिफेन्स है।
उन्होंने कहा कि वे मार्शल आर्ट का नियमित अभ्यास करें। किसी तरह की अप्रिय घटना पर यह साबित करें कि, आप कमजोर नहीं हैं।
