बीकानेर: अचानक से चौपाटी व कोर्ट परिसर पहुंचा खाद्य सुरक्षा दल, भीड़ वाले स्थानों का निरीक्षण, देखें फोटो….

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। भारत सरकार द्वारा चलाए जा रहे ईट राइट अभियान के अंतर्गत खाद्य सुरक्षा दल ने बीकानेर शहर के प्रमुख भीड़ वाले स्थानों का निरीक्षण कर वहां खाद्य सुरक्षा संबंधी समझाइश की।

दल में शामिल खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी श्रवण वर्मा व राकेश कुमार गोदारा ने बीकानेर चौपाटी, मेजर पूर्णसिंह सर्किल, रोडवेज बस स्टैंड व स्थानीय कोर्ट परिसर में खाद्य व्यापारियों, थड़ी वालों, ठेले वालों, ज्यूस वालों के साथ बैठक व चर्चा की, उन्हें खाद्य सुरक्षा के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत लाइसेंस व रजिस्ट्रेशन की अनिवार्यता की जानकारी दी।

खाद्य पदार्थों को ढककर रखने, स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखने और और परोसने में भी नियमों का ख्याल रखने संबंधी चर्चा की। विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठानों से मावा व बेकरी के 2 नमूने संग्रहित कर जांच के लिए जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला बीकानेर भेजा गया है।

ईट राइट अभियान के अंतर्गत खाद्य व्यापारियों के साथ साथ आमजन को भी खाद्य पदार्थों की खरीदारी, उपयोग में बरती जाने वाली सावधानियों के बारे में जागरूक किया जा रहा है।

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Under the Eat Right campaign being run by the Government of India, the food security team inspected the major crowded places of Bikaner city and explained about food security there.

Food Safety Officers Shravan Verma and Rakesh Kumar Godara, who were part of the team, held a meeting and discussion with food traders, thadi walas, thela walas, juice walas at Bikaner Chowpatty, Major Purnasingh Circle, Roadways Bus Stand and the local court premises, giving them food security measures. Gave information about the compulsion of license and registration under the provisions.

Discussed about keeping the food items covered, taking care of hygiene and taking care of the rules in serving. Two samples of Mawa and Bakery have been collected from various establishments and sent to Public Health Laboratory, Bikaner for examination.

Under the Eat Right campaign, along with the food traders, the general public is also being made aware about the precautions to be taken in the purchase and use of food items.
