चुरू, @MaruSangram। घर में घुसकर विवाहिता से रेप का मामला सामने आया है। इस दौरान विवाहिता का पति घर आया तो आरोपी ने उसके साथ मारपीट की और उसका गला दबा दिया, जिससे उसके गले की हड्डी टूट गई। इसके बाद आरोपी मौके से फरार हो गया।

परिजनों ने घायल पति को गंभीर हालत में डीबी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया है। हड्डी टूटने से घायल पति बोल नहीं पा रहा है। मामला चूरू जिले के राजलदेसर थाना इलाके का है।

पुलिस के अनुसार, थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी 25 वर्षीय विवाहिता ने मंगलवार को रिपोर्ट दी है। उसने बताया कि 9 अप्रैल की सुबह करीब 9 बजे उसका पति मजदूरी करने के लिए घर से गया था। पति के जाने के करीब 15 मिनट बाद ही गांव का नेमीचंद गिवारियां जबरदस्ती घर में घुस गया और उसके साथ छेड़छाड़ करने लगा। उसने विरोध किया तो आरोपी ने कहा कि ज्यादा शोर मत कर, वरना गांव में तेरी बदनामी हो जाएगी।

पीड़िता का आरोप है कि आरोपी उसको घसीटकर घर में बने झोपड़े में ले गया और उसके साथ रेप किया। इस दौरान उसके पति घर आए तो आरोपी ने उनके साथ मारपीट की और जान से मारने की नीयत से उनका गला दबा दिया।

इस दौरान उनकी गले की हड्डी टूट गई। आरोपी के पति का गला दबाने पर उसने शोर मचाया तो उसका देवर दौड़कर आया, लेकिन आरोपी उसको धक्का देकर भाग गया। विवाहिता ने बताया कि परिजनों ने उसके पति को राजलदेसर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया, जहां हालत बिगडऩे पर डीबी अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया।

हड्डी टूटने के कारण उसके पति बोल नहीं पा रहे हैं। पुलिस ने बताया कि पुलिस ने विवाहिता की रिपोर्ट पर रेप का मामला दर्ज कर किया और विवाहिता का राजलदेसर अस्पताल में मेडिकल मुआयना करवाया। विवाहिता के 164 के बयान दर्ज करने के बाद समन के लिए फाइल भिजवाई गई है।

पीड़िता के पति का अभी अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा है और वह अभी बयान देने में सक्षम नहीं है। उसकी मेडिकल रिपोर्ट देखी जाएगी। अगर मामला गंभीर है और उसकी जान को खतरा भी है, तो जानलेवा हमले की धारा भी जोड़ी जाएगी।
