प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत दस आवेदन हुए स्वीकृत

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। श्रीगंगानगर रोड पर अवैध रूप से बसी झुग्गी-झोंपड़ियों में पिछले ढाई दशक से अधिक समय तक रहने वाली संतोष, सोमती और सुशीला के पक्के मकान का सपना अब जल्दी ही पूरा होने वाला है। इन तीनों सहित कुल 10 आवेदकों के प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) के तहत पक्के मकान बनाए जाने की स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो चुकी है।

शीघ्र ही यह परिवार अपने पक्के मकानों में रहकर सम्मानजनक जीवन यापन कर सकेंगे।

कुछ समय पूर्व तक नेशनल हाईवे पर बनी झुग्गी झोपड़ी में रहने वाले परिवार सभी प्रकार की सुविधाओं से वंचित थे। हाईवे पर बनी झोपड़ियों में सड़क हादसा होने का खतरा तो हर समय बना रहता ही था। साथ ही सर्दी, गर्मी और बरसात के मौसम में यहां रहना बेहद कष्टकारी होता था।

जिला प्रशासन के प्रयासों से इन परिवारों का सम्मानजनक पुनर्वास तो कुछ माह पूर्व हो गया था, जब उन्हें चकगरबी के आजाद नगर में प्रशासन द्वारा भूखंड देने के साथ वहां बिजली, पानी, सड़क शौचालय और सामुदायिक भवन जैसी सुविधाएं मुहैया करवाई गई। साथ ही लगभग 100 बच्चों को स्कूल भेजकर उन्हें उनका भविष्य संवारने का काम भी किया। अब पक्का मकान स्वीकृत करवाकर प्रशासन द्वारा उनका सबसे बड़ा सपना साकार किया गया है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि जिला कलेक्टर और नगर विकास न्यास अध्यक्ष भगवती प्रसाद कलाल की पहल पर लंबी समझाइश के पश्चात शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के झुग्गी-झोपड़ियों में रहने वाले लगभग 800 परिवारों को चकगरबी के आजाद नगर में सम्मानजनक तरीके से पुनर्वासित किया गया। यहां आधारभूत सुविधाएं मुहैया करवाने के बाद नगर विकास न्यास द्वारा प्राथमिक तौर पर 10 आवेदकों के आवेदन प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) की स्वीकृति के लिए भिजवाए गए। इन आवेदकों के बिजली कनेक्शन के डिमांड नोटिस, आधार कार्ड, राशन कार्ड और बैंक पासबुक की प्रतियों सहित सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज तैयार करवाने के बाद आवेदन किए गए। इनके पक्के आवास के लिए प्रति आवास के हिसाब से डेढ़ लाख रुपए की स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो चुकी है। इसके तहत प्रत्येक आवेदक के लिए एक पक्का कमरा, रसोईघर और शौचालय बनवाया जाएगा।

जिला कलेक्टर ने बताया कि चरणबद्ध तरीके से सभी पात्र परिवारों के लिए आवास के आवेदन की कार्यवाही की जाएगी।

आवास स्वीकृति पर जताई प्रसन्नता
पक्के आवास की स्वीकृति की जानकारी मिली तो लाभार्थी परिवारों ने प्रसन्नता जताई। लाभार्थी परिवार के वरिष्ठ सदस्य भागीरथ सांसी ने कहा कि पच्चीस साल हाईवे के किनारे गुजरे। यह मुश्किल दौर था। अब प्रशासन के सहयोग से जीवन में बदलाव आया है। जल्दी ही पक्का मकान बनेगा, तो कई परेशानियों से मुक्ति मिलेगी।

लाभार्थी ललित कुमार ने बताया कि उनका परिवार लगभग बीस वर्षों से श्रीगंगानगर रोड पर रहा था। अब प्रशासन ने चकगरबी में निशुल्क भूखंड दिया। सभी व्यवस्थाएं करवाई। उसके दो बच्चे स्कूल जाने लगे हैं। उसने कहा कि जिला कलेक्टर के प्रयासों से उसके जीवन में बड़ा बदलाव आया है। पक्के मकान के रूप में उसके जीवन का सबसे बड़ा सपना साकार होने वाला है।

Ten applications were approved under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana

Santosh, Somti and Sushila’s dream of a pucca house, which has been living for more than two and a half decades in an illegally settled slum on Sriganganagar Road, is about to be fulfilled soon. Including these three, a total of 10 applicants have been approved for construction of pucca houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).

Soon these families will be able to lead a respectable life by staying in their pucca houses.

Until some time ago, the families living in the slums built on the National Highway were deprived of all kinds of facilities. There was always a danger of road accident in the huts built on the highway. Also, living here in winter, summer and rainy season was very painful.

Due to the efforts of the district administration, respectable rehabilitation of these families was done a few months ago, when they were given plots by the administration in Azad Nagar of Chakgarbi and facilities like electricity, water, street toilets and community hall were provided there. Along with this, by sending about 100 children to school, they also did the work of improving their future. Now his biggest dream has been fulfilled by the administration by getting a pucca house sanctioned.

It is notable that after a long discussion on the initiative of District Collector and City Development Trust Chairman Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, about 800 families living in slums of various areas of the city were rehabilitated in a respectable manner in Azad Nagar of Chakgarbi. After providing basic facilities here, the applications of 10 applicants were primarily sent by the City Development Trust for approval of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). Applications were made after preparing all the necessary documents including copies of demand notice, Aadhaar card, ration card and bank passbook of these applicants for electricity connection. An approval of Rs 1.5 lakh per house has been received for their pucca houses. Under this, a pucca room, kitchen and toilet will be made for each applicant.

The District Collector informed that the application for housing for all the eligible families will be processed in a phased manner.

Expressed happiness over housing approval
The beneficiary families expressed happiness when they got information about the acceptance of pucca houses. Bhagirath Sansi, a senior member of the beneficiary family, said that twenty-five years passed by the side of the highway. It was a difficult period. Now life has changed with the help of the administration. If a pucca house is built soon, it will get rid of many problems.

Beneficiary Lalit Kumar told that his family had been living on Sriganganagar Road for almost twenty years. Now the administration has given free plot in Chakgarbi. Got all the arrangements done. Two of his children have started going to school. He said that the efforts of the District Collector have brought a big change in his life. The biggest dream of his life is about to come true in the form of a pucca house.
