कृषि श्रेणी के नियमित या कटे हुए कनेक्शन की बकाया राशि 31 मार्च तक करवाई जा सकेगी जमा
कृषि श्रेणी से अतिरिक्त कनेक्शन राशि जमा कराने में भी एमनेस्टी योजना लागू
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। कृषि श्रेणी श्रेणी के नियमित या कटे हुए बिजली कनेक्शनों में बकाया राशि जमा कराने के लिए प्रारम्भ की गई एमनेस्टी योजना 31 मार्च तक लागू रहेगी।
जोधपुर डिस्कॉम के अधीक्षण अभियंता राजेंद्र सिंह मीना ने बताया कि इस योजना में 31 दिसंबर 2022 तक की बकाया राशि बिना ब्याज या पेनल्टी के एकमुश्त या अधिकतम 6 द्विमासिक किस्तों में जमा करवाई जा सकेगी। यदि उपभोक्ता बकाया राशि समय पर जमा नहीं कराता है तो उसे इस योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल सकेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि एमनेस्टी योजना का लाभ लेने वाला उपभोक्ता संपूर्ण अवधि के लिए आखिरी किस्त जमा करवाने पर ही किसान ऊर्जा मित्र योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए पात्र होगा। जिन उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा गत 3 वर्षों में ऐसी योजना का लाभ ले लिया गया है उनके लिए यह योजना लागू नहीं होगी। योजना के अंतर्गत चोरी या दुरुपयोग के मामले शामिल नहीं किए जाएंगे। योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए उपभोक्ता को संबंधित अभियंता कार्यालय में आवेदन करना होगा।

30 जून तक रहेगी प्रभावी
कृषि श्रेणी से अतिरिक्त सभी श्रेणियों के कनेक्शनों के 31 दिसंबर 2022 तक के कटे कनेक्शन की बकाया राशि जमा कराने लिए भी एमनेस्टी योजना 30 जून तक लागू रहेगी। योजना के तहत बकाया राशि 31 मार्च तक एकमुश्त जमा कराए जाने पर विलंब भुगतान या शुल्क ब्याज में शतप्रतिशत की छूट दी जाएगी।
उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा मूल बकाया राशि का भुगतान एकमुश्त 1 अप्रैल 2023 से 30 जून 2023 तक जमा करवाने पर विलंब शुल्क भुगतान या शुल्क ब्याज में 50 प्रतिशत की छूट दी जाएगी। योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए उपभोक्ताओं को सहायक अभियंता कार्यालय में आवेदन करना होगा।

Amnesty scheme applicable even in depositing additional connection amount from agriculture category
Bikaner, @MaruSangram. The amnesty scheme started for depositing arrears in regular or disconnected electricity connections of agriculture category will remain in force till March 31.
Jodhpur Discom’s Superintending Engineer Rajendra Singh Meena said that under this scheme, the outstanding amount up to December 31, 2022 can be deposited in one lump sum or in maximum 6 bi-monthly installments without interest or penalty. If the consumer does not deposit the outstanding amount on time, then he will not be able to get the benefit of this scheme. He informed that the consumer availing the amnesty scheme will be eligible to avail the benefit of the Kisan Urja Mitra scheme only after depositing the last installment for the entire period. This scheme will not be applicable for the consumers who have taken advantage of such scheme in the last 3 years. Cases of theft or misuse will not be covered under the scheme. To take advantage of the scheme, the consumer has to apply in the concerned engineer’s office.
Amnesty scheme for all connections other than agricultural category
Will be effective till June 30
The amnesty scheme will also be applicable till June 30 for depositing the arrears of disconnected connections till December 31, 2022, for all categories of connections other than agriculture. Under the scheme, 100 per cent exemption will be given in delayed payment or fee interest if the outstanding amount is deposited in lump sum by March 31.
50 percent discount will be given on late fee payment or fee interest if the consumers deposit the payment of the basic dues in one lump sum from April 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023. To take advantage of the scheme, consumers will have to apply in the Assistant Engineer’s office.
