ऊर्जा मंत्री ने सीएचसी गडियाला में नवनिर्मित वार्ड का किया लोकार्पण

सवा चार वर्षों में गांव गांव तक सुलभ हुई चिकित्सा सेवाएं : श्री भाटी

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। ऊर्जा मंत्री भंवर सिंह भाटी ने रविवार को सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र गडियाला में 30 लाख रूपये की लागत से नवनिर्मित 20 बैड के वार्ड का उदघाटन किया।

ऊर्जा मंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले सवा चार वर्षों में श्रीकोलायत विधानसभा क्षेत्र में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का विस्तार किया गया है। कुछ समय पूर्व तक यहां चिकित्सा सुविधाओं की कमी थी। उन्होंने कहा कि आज ऐसा कोई क्षेत्र वंचित नहीं है, जहां उप स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र या सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र की सेवाएं ना हों।

उन्होंने कहा कि श्रीकोलायत विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 2018 से पहले तक एक भी राजकीय कॉलेज नहीं था, यहां 8 राजकीय कॉलेज खोल दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि श्रीकोलायत विधानसभा क्षेत्र को विकसित क्षेत्र के रूम में अपनी पहचान मिले, इसके लिए वे सतत प्रयासरत हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत ने हाल ही के बजट में लोगों को स्वास्थ्य का अधिकार दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना में 25 लाख रुपए तक इलाज की फ्री की व्यवस्था की है।

चिरंजीवी योजना में अब जटिल से जटिल रोगों का उपचार निशुल्क हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बजट में घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को 100 यूनिट और कृषि उपभोक्ताओं को दो हजार यूनिट फ्री बिजली मिलेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि कोलायत में ट्रोमा सेंटर का निर्माण कार्य शीघ्र पूरा हो जाएगा। कोलायत में सड़कों का जाल बिछा दिया है, जो सड़कें शेष रही हैं, उनका निर्माण भी चरणबद्ध तरीके से करवाया जाएगा।

सरपंच रामेश्वर भूतडा ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र भवन के लिए बजट दिलाने, पेयजल व्यवस्था में सुधार, विद्युत विभाग का जेईएन का पद सर्जित करवाने ,कृषि के लिए अलग से फीडर स्थापित करवाने की मांग की।

चिकित्सा अधिकारी प्रभारी डॉ. उमाशंकर यादव ने बताया कि सीएचसी गड़ियाला के ओपीडी एवं इनडोर मरीजों भार देखते हुये इस नवनिर्मित वार्ड से क्षेत्र के लगभग पचास हजार से अधिक लोगों की बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवायें मिलेंगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि सामुदायिक स्वास्थय केन्द्र गडियाला में प्रतिमाह लगभग 7500 ओपीडी एवं 300 इनडोर एवं 60 प्रसव होते हैं। इनडोर के 85 प्रतिशत मरीज चिरंजीवी योजना से लाभावित हो रहे हैं तथा संस्थान पिछले लगातार दो माह में मुख्यमंत्री निशुल्क दवा योजना में जिला स्तर अव्वल रहने के कारण पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया है।

इस दौरान मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी बीकानेर डॉ. मो. अबरार पंवार, खण्ड मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. सुनील कुमार जैन, चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. सूर्यदेवसिंह, डॉ. चन्द्रकला चौधरी एवं हॉस्पीटल स्टाफ मदनलाल पालीवाल, मनीषराज, शशि कुमार व्यास, रणवीरसिंह, आईदानसिंह, किरण देवी, सुलोचना, बलविन्द्र कौर, अमरजीत कौर, ललित कुमार, प्रकाश लीलावत एवं समस्त स्टॉफ ऊर्जा मंत्री का स्वागत किया।

Medical services made accessible to every village in four and a quarter years: Shri Bhati

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Energy Minister Bhanwar Singh Bhati on Sunday inaugurated the newly constructed 20-bed ward at Community Health Center Gadiala at a cost of Rs 30 lakh.

The Energy Minister said that health services have been expanded in Srikolayat assembly constituency in the last four and a quarter years. Till some time back there was lack of medical facilities here. He said that today no such area is deprived, where the services of sub health center, primary health center or community health center are not available.

He said that before 2018 there was not a single government college in Srikolayat assembly constituency, eight government colleges have been opened here. He said that he is making continuous efforts to ensure that Srikolayat Assembly Constituency gets its own identity in the list of developed areas.
He said that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has given the right to health to the people in the recent budget. Free treatment up to Rs 25 lakh has been arranged under the Chief Minister Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme.

Under the Chiranjeevi Yojana, the treatment of complex to complex diseases is now being done free of cost. He said that in this budget, domestic consumers will get 100 units and agricultural consumers will get two thousand units of free electricity. He informed that the construction work of Trauma Center in Kolayat would be completed soon. A network of roads has been laid in Kolayat, the remaining roads will also be constructed in a phased manner.

Sarpanch Rameshwar Bhutada demanded budget for community health center building, improvement in drinking water system, creation of post of JEN in electricity department, establishment of separate feeder for agriculture.

Medical officer in charge Dr. Umashankar Yadav said that keeping in view the load of OPD and indoor patients of CHC Gadiyala, this newly constructed ward will provide better health services to more than fifty thousand people of the area.

He informed that about 7500 OPDs and 300 indoor and 60 deliveries take place every month in the Community Health Center, Gadiala. 85 percent of indoor patients are getting benefited from Chiranjeevi Yojana and the institute has received district level award for the last two consecutive months in Mukhyamantri Free Medicine Scheme.

During this, Chief Medical and Health Officer Bikaner Dr. Mohd. Abrar Panwar, Block Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sunil Kumar Jain, Medical Officer Dr. Suryadev Singh, Dr. Chandrakala Chowdhary and hospital staff Madanlal Paliwal, Manishraj, Shashi Kumar Vyas, Ranveer Singh, Aidan Singh, Kiran Devi, Sulochana, Balwinder Kaur, Amarjeet Kaur, Lalit Kumar, Prakash Lilavat and all the staff welcomed the Energy Minister.
