बीकानेर, @Marusangram। मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत द्वारा शुक्रवार को विधानसभा में वित्त एवं विनियोग विधेयक पर चर्चा के दौरान बीकानेर शहर के लिए अनेक घोषणाएं की गई हैं। इसमें सबसे बड़ी सौगात बीकानेर शहर में सांखला फाटक रेलवे क्रासिंग के समीप रेलवे अंडरपास और कोटगेट रेलवे फाटक पर रेलवे अंडर ब्रिज निर्माण की घोषणा के रूप में मिली है।

शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. बी. डी. कल्ला ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री अशोक गहलोत ने एक बार फिर बीकानेर का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए यहां की सबसे पुरानी समस्या के समाधान की राह आसान की है।

मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा की गई घोषणा के अनुसार 35 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से सांखला फाटक रेलवे क्रॉसिंग के पास रेलवे अंडरपास और कोटगेट रेलवे फाटक पर रेलवे अंडर ब्रिज का निर्माण किया जाएगा। इससे यहां से प्रतिदिन गुजरने वाले लाखों लोगों का परिवहन सुलभ होगा तथा समय, धन और ऊर्जा की बचत होगी। उल्लेखनीय है कि डॉ. कल्ला इसके लिए लंबे समय से प्रयासरत थे। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा की गई घोषणा के साथ यह प्रयास फलीभूत हुए हैं।

शिक्षा मंत्री ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा बीकानेर बाईपास में कानासर गांव के पास एलसी 147 पर रेलवे ओवरब्रिज बनाने की घोषणा की गई है। इस पर 45.01 करोड़ रुपए व्यय होंगे। इसी प्रकार बीकानेर से कानासर तक की 10 किलोमीटर सड़क पर 2.5 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे। वहीं बीकानेर के बायोलॉजिकल पार्क को पक्षी विहार और रेस्क्यू सेंटर के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। इस कार्य पर 20 करोड़ रुपए खर्च आएगा।

उन्होंने बताया कि राजस्थान पशु चिकित्सा एवं पशु विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय का नाम गुरु जंभेश्वर के नाम पर किया जाना प्रस्तावित किया गया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि गुरु जंभेश्वर के प्रति जन-जन की आस्था है। इससे विश्वविद्यालय को नई पहचान मिलेगी।
इसी प्रकार बीकानेर में राव बीकाजी की पैनोरमा बनाए जाने की घोषणा भी की गई है। इससे आमजन को राव बीकाजी के व्यक्तित्व और कृतित्व की जानकारी मिल सकेगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि बीकानेर संभाग मुख्यालय पर कतिन और बुनकरों को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए शुरू किए गए ट्रेनिंग सेंटर में खादी ग्रामोद्योग संबंधी प्रशिक्षण प्रारंभ किए जाने का प्रावधान भी मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा किया गया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 के बजट तथा इसके बाद की गई घोषणाओं में बीकानेर को अनेक सौगात मिली हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि बजट में की गई घोषणाओं का क्रियान्वयन प्रारंभ कर दिया गया है। इन सभी कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पूर्ण करवाया जाएगा। शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए उनके द्वारा पूर्ण प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य किया जा रहा है।

Bikaner, @Marusangram. Several announcements have been made for Bikaner city by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot during the discussion on the Finance and Appropriation Bill in the Assembly on Friday. In this, the biggest gift has been received in the form of announcement of construction of railway underpass near Sankhla Phatak railway crossing and railway under bridge at Kotgate railway gate in Bikaner city.

Education Minister Dr.B. D. Kalla said that Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has once again made the way for the solution of the oldest problem of Bikaner easier by taking special care of Bikaner.

According to the announcement made by the Chief Minister, railway underpass near Sankhla Gate railway crossing and railway under bridge at Kotgate railway gate will be constructed at a cost of Rs.35 crore. This will facilitate the transport of lakhs of people passing through here everyday and save time, money and energy. It is noteworthy that Dr. Kalla had been striving for this for a long time. These efforts have borne fruit with the announcement made by the Chief Minister.

The Education Minister informed that the Chief Minister has announced the construction of a railway overbridge on LC 147 near Kanasar village in Bikaner bypass. Rs 45.01 crore will be spent on this. Similarly, Rs 2.5 crore will be spent on 10 kilometer road from Bikaner to Kanasar. On the other hand, Bikaner’s Biological Park will be developed as a bird sanctuary and rescue center. Rs 20 crore will be spent on this work.

He informed that it has been proposed to name Rajasthan Veterinary and Animal Sciences University after Guru Jambheshwar.

He said that people have faith in Guru Jambheshwar. This will give new identity to the university.
Similarly, an announcement has also been made to make a panorama of Rao Bikaji in Bikaner. With this, the general public will be able to get information about Rao Bikaji’s personality and work.

He informed that provision has also been made by the Chief Minister to start training related to Khadi village industries in the training center started to train weavers and weavers at Bikaner divisional headquarters.

He told that Bikaner has received many gifts in the budget for the financial year 2023-24 and the announcements made thereafter.

He said that the implementation of the announcements made in the budget has been started. All these works will be completed on priority basis. The Education Minister said that he is working with full commitment for the development of the area.
