महिला कार्मिकों को कार्यस्थल पर मिले गरिमापूर्ण माहौलः जिला कलक्टर

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। जिला स्तरीय महिला समाधान समिति सहित महिला अधिकारिता विभाग से जुड़ी विभिन्न बैठकें गुरुवार को जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल की अध्यक्षता में कलक्ट्रेट सभागार में आयोजित हुई।

इस अवसर पर जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि महिलाओं का कार्य स्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न (निवारण, प्रतिशोध एवं प्रतितोष) अधिनियम के तहत गठित स्थानीय समिति पूर्ण गंभीरता से कार्य करे। किसी प्रकार की शिकायत प्राप्त होने पर आवाश्यक फॉलोअप लेते हुए रिपोर्ट प्राप्त करे। उन्होंने कहा कि कार्य स्थल पर महिलाओं को गरिमापूर्ण और सुरक्षात्मक माहौल मिले, यह आवश्यक है।

बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ टास्क फोर्स की बैठक के दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में बेटियों को सकारात्मक माहौल उपलब्ध करवाने के उद्देश्य से शक्ति और पुकार अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं। इन अभियानों के सभी घटकों का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

बेटियों को माहवारी स्वच्छता प्रबंधन एवं गुड टच-बैड टच के प्रति जागरुक करने के लिए कार्यशालाओं का नियमित आयोजन किया जाए। उन्होंने शक्ति ई-मैगजीन के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार तथा इसमें जिले की सफल महिलाओं की अधिक से अधिक कहानियां संकलित करने के निर्देश दिए।

जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि शक्ति अभियान के एक पौधा सुपोषित बेटी के नाम घटक के तहत सहजन फली के पौधे लगाने तथा इसके गुणों के प्रति महिलाओं को जागरुक करने का सतत अभियान चलाया जाए। उन्होंने सखी वन स्टॉप सेंटर प्रबंधन समिति की बैठक भी ली तथा इस केन्द्र पर उपलब्ध सुविधाओं तथा प्रकरणों के बारे में जाना। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सेंटर पूर्ण जागरुकता के साथ कार्य करे।

बैठक में महिला अधिकारिता विभाग की उपनिदेशक मेघारतन, मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पंवार, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक सुखविंदर पाल सिंह, एडीपीसी गजानंद सेवग, उद्योग विभाग के उपनिदेशक सुरेन्द्र कुमार, उरमूल ट्रस्ट की ज्योति शर्मा, पीबीएम अस्पताल के उपाधीक्षक डॉ. गौरी शंकर जोशी, सीडीपीओ शक्ति सिंह कच्छावा, पार्षद सुधा आचार्य, महिला अधिकारिता विभाग के संरक्षण अधिकारी सतीश कुमार पड़िहार आदि मौजूद रहे।

Women personnel get dignified environment at workplace: District Collector

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Various meetings related to the Women’s Empowerment Department, including the District Level Women’s Solution Committee, were held on Thursday in the Collectorate Auditorium under the chairmanship of District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal.

On this occasion, the District Collector said that the local committee formed under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Place (Prevention, Retribution and Redress) Act should work with full seriousness. On receipt of any kind of complaint, take necessary follow-up and get the report. He said that it is necessary that women should get dignified and protective environment at the work place.

During the meeting of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Task Force, he said that Shakti and Pukar campaigns are being run in the district with the aim of providing a positive environment to the girls. Effective implementation of all the components of these campaigns should be ensured.

Workshops should be organized regularly to make girls aware about menstrual hygiene management and good touch-bad touch. He instructed for wide publicity of Shakti e-magazine and to compile maximum stories of successful women of the district in it.

The District Collector said that a continuous campaign should be launched to plant drumstick plants and make women aware of its qualities under the name component of Shakti Abhiyan, a plant well nourished daughter. He also took a meeting of Sakhi One Stop Center Management Committee and learned about the facilities and cases available at this centre. He said that this center should work with full awareness.
