बीकानेर, @Marusangram। मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ.एम अबरार पंवार ने ने बताया की जिले में चिकित्सा विभाग की ओर से आमजन को शु़द्ध व ताजा खाद्य वस्तुएं उपलब्ध हो, इसके लिए लगातार कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
विभाग की ओर से कमिश्नर, खाद्य सुरक्षा, पुखराज सेन के निर्देशानुसार चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत कार्रवाई की गई।
मुख्य चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी डॉ.एम अबरार पंवार ने बताया कि विभाग की ओर से दूध व दूध से बने पदार्थो को लेकर चलाए जा रहे अभियान के तहत कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
इसके तहत बुधवार को बीकानेर के जयपुर रोड पर थार एक्सटिका रिसोर्ट पर अभियान के तहत चिकित्सा टीम ने रिसोर्ट का इंस्पेक्शन किया जीस दौरान थार एक्सटिका की किचन का इंस्पेक्शन किया जिसमे बहुत सी मात्रा मे खादीय सामिग्री अवधि पार व अनेक कमिया मिली जिसमे चन्ना दाल, मुंग दाल, सूजी, खस – खस, जीरा, सॉस, पास्ता, सविया आदि मे इलली कीड़े व कॉकरॉच आदि मिले तथा फ्रिज मे दूध व पुरानी मिठाईया मिली जिसमे बदबू आ रही थी इसके साथ साथ रसोई मे खुली मे सड़े हुई टमाटर, गोबी, लोकी, खीरा व आलू मिले।
वे भारी मात्रा मे फ़ूड कलर मिला जो स्वाथ्य के लिए हानिकारक व कैंसर कारक है इसके अलावा एक बड़े फ्रिज मे वेज व नॉन वेज की सामग्री एक साथ मिली जो fssi नियमा अनुसार अपराध की श्रेणी मे आता है और पुरी किचिन व दीवारों पर मकड़ियों का जाल से भरी हुई थी तथा किचिन का फर्श ग्रिट से बना हुआ था जिसमे तेलीय व अन्य अपशिट पदंथो से भारी हुई थी। उक्त रिसोर्ट के मालिक ने आम जन के स्वास्थ्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया इसी व्यवस्था को देखते हुई उपरोक्त सामग्री को स्वस्थय टीम ने मोके पर नष्ट करवाया और करवाही करते हुई दूध व अन्य सामग्री के सैंपल लेकर जाँच हेतु लैब भेजा गया।
उन्होंने बताया कि लगातार विभाग के एफएसओ भानुप्रताप सिंह, एफएसओ सुरेन्द्र कुमार व एफएसओ श्रवण वर्मा व उनकी टीम द्वारा लिए गए नमूनों की जांच रिपोर्ट खाद्यh प्रयोगशाला रिपोर्ट सेआने पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Bikaner, @Marusangram. Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. M. Abrar Panwar said that continuous action is being taken by the Medical Department in the district to make pure and fresh food items available to the general public.
Action was taken by the department as per the instructions of Commissioner, Food Safety, Pukhraj Sen.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. M. Abrar Panwar said that action is being taken by the department under the campaign regarding milk and milk products.
Under this, on Wednesday, under the campaign at Thar Exotica Resort on Jaipur Road, Bikaner, the medical team inspected the resort, during which they inspected the kitchen of Thar Exotica, in which a lot of food material was found beyond the prescribed period and many deficiencies, including Channa Dal, Moong. Worms, worms and cockroaches were found in pulses, semolina, poppy seeds, cumin, sauce, pasta, saviya etc. and milk and old sweets were found in the fridge which smelled, along with this, rotten tomatoes, cabbage, bottle gourd were found in the kitchen. Got cucumber and potatoes.
They found food color in large quantity which is injurious to health and carcinogenic, apart from this, veg and non-veg ingredients were found together in a big fridge which comes under the category of crime according to fssi rules and spider webs all over the kitchen and walls. The floor of the kitchen was made of grit, which was heavy with oily and other waste products. The owner of the said resort played with the health of the general public, in view of this arrangement, the health team got the above material destroyed on the spot and while taking action, samples of milk and other materials were sent to the lab for testing.
He informed that action will be taken on the receipt of the test report of the samples taken by the department’s FSO Bhanupratap Singh, FSO Surendra Kumar and FSO Shravan Verma and their team from the food laboratory report.
