पीबीएम के 16 भवनों हेतु हुआ 2 मेघावॉट के सोलर प्लांट का अनुबंध : बचेंगे महिने के ग्यारह लाख रूपये
बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। एसपीमेडिकल कॉलेज, एसएसबी, एवं कॉलेज हॉस्टल्स के बाद प्रधानाचार्य एवं नियंत्रक डॉ. गुंजन सोनी की तत्परता से पीबीएम अस्पताल से जुड़े 16 भवनों के लिए चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग तथा राजस्थान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एंड इन्स्ट्रूमेंट लिमिटेड के साथ हुए अनुबंध की अनुपालना में मेडिकल कॉलेज और एशलिन सोलर इन्फ्रा प्राईवेट लिमिटेड जयपुर के ऑथोराइज्ड ऑफिसर के बीच रूफटॉप सोलर प्लांट लगाने का करार हुआ।
प्राचार्य सोनी ने बताया कि यह अनुबंध 25 वर्ष तक के लिए हुआ है, इसमें बिजली खर्च में कुल 11 लाख रूपये की बचत आएगी, कंपनी की ओर से प्लांट निःशुल्क स्थापित किया जाएगा, इंश्योरेंस एवं रखरखाव की जिम्मेदारी भी कंपनी की रहेगी तथा 25 वर्ष बाद प्लांट चिकित्सालय प्रशासन को सुपूर्द कर दिया जाएगा।
इन भवनों में लगेगा सोलर प्लांट
सोलर कंपनी के अधिकृत अधिकारी जयवर्द्धन सिंह ने बताया कि एसपी मेडिकल कॉलेज से संबंद्ध पीबीएम चिकित्सालय समूह के अंतरर्गत जनाना, बच्चा, मर्दाना अस्पताल, एडमिन ब्लॉक, कैंसर वार्ड, मेडिसिन आईसीयू, हल्दीराम हार्ट हॉस्पिटल, मेंटल अस्पताल, ट्रोमा सेंटर, ब्लड बैंक, श्वसन रोग अस्पताल, यूरोलॉजी, ईएनटी अस्पताल, पैलिएटीव केयर सेंटर व एक अन्य भवन में सोलर प्लांट स्थापित किया जाएगा।
सिंह ने बताया सभी सोलर प्लांट अनुपययोगी छतों पर लगाये जाएगें। इन भवनों पर लगे सॉलर प्लांट से करीब 2.5 लाख सोलर यूनिट जनरेट होगी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि प्राचार्य डॉ. गुंजन सोनी की कार्यकुशलता एवं तत्परता से महज दो दिन में एसपी मेडिकल कॉलेज, सुपर स्पेशलिटी ब्लॉक, कॉलेज के 7 हॉस्टल सहित पीबीएम के 16 भवनों पर सोलर प्लांट लगाने के अनुबंध की कार्यवाही को शीघ्रता से पूर्ण किया गया, इससे लगभग 17 लाख रूपये महिने की आर्थिक बचत होगी।
Contract for 2 MW solar plant for 16 buildings of PBM: Eleven lakh rupees will be saved per month

After SPMedical College, SSB, and College Hostels, with the promptness of Principal and Controller Dr. Gunjan Soni, medical college and Ashlyn Solar Infra in compliance with the agreement signed with Medical Education Department and Rajasthan Electronics and Instrument Limited for 16 buildings attached to PBM Hospital. An agreement was signed between the Authorized Officer of Private Limited Jaipur to set up a rooftop solar plant.
Principal Soni told that this contract has been done for 25 years, in this there will be a total saving of Rs 11 lakh in electricity expenditure, the plant will be set up free of cost by the company, the responsibility of insurance and maintenance will also be with the company and after 25 years The plant will be handed over to the hospital administration.

Jaivardhan Singh, the authorized officer of Solar Company said that under the PBM hospital group affiliated to SP Medical College, Janana, Bacha, Mardana Hospital, Admin Block, Cancer Ward, Medicine ICU, Haldiram Heart Hospital, Mental Hospital, Trauma Center, Blood Bank, Respiratory Solar plant will be set up in Disease Hospital, Urology, ENT Hospital, Palliative Care Center and another building.
Singh told that all solar plants will be installed on unused roofs. About 2.5 lakh solar units will be generated from the solar plants installed on these buildings.
It is notable that due to the efficiency and readiness of Principal Dr. Gunjan Soni, in just two days, the process of contract for installation of solar plants on 16 buildings of PBM including SP Medical College, Super Specialty Block, 7 hostels of the college was completed quickly, due to which There will be financial savings of about Rs 17 lakh per month.
