राजस्थान दिवस पर आयोजित होगा राजस्थान सांस्कृतिक महोत्सव

ब्लॉक स्तर पर भी होंगे कार्यक्रम

बीकानेर, @MaruSangram। राजस्थान दिवस के अवसर पर 20 से 30 मार्च तक राजस्थान सांस्कृतिक महोत्सव आयोजित किया जाएगा। जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल की अध्यक्षता में सोमवार को इस महोत्सव की तैयारियों के संबंध में बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में जिला कलक्टर ने बताया कि 20 से 27 मार्च तक ब्लॉक स्तर पर विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक आयोजन होंगे।

आयोजन से जुड़ी समस्त तैयारियां पूरी करने के लिए उपखंड अधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में ब्लॉक स्तर पर समिति गठित की गई है। 29 और 30 मार्च को जिला मुख्यालय पर राजस्थान सांस्कृतिक महोत्सव आयोजित किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्य कार्यक्रम धरणीधर मैदान में होगा जिसमें शास्त्रीय और लोक संस्कृति पर आधारित विभिन्न प्रकार के गीत नृत्य, संगीत की प्रस्तुति दी जाएगी। जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि बीकानेर की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक, ऐतिहासिक विरासत को समाहित करते हुए कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम के लिए सीईओ जिला परिषद की अध्यक्षता में कमेटी गठित समस्त व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करेंगी।

बिना अनुमति पोस्टर बैनर लगाए तो होगी कार्रवाई

जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि शहर की सार्वजनिक दीवारों, सर्किल आदि पर बिना अनुमति के पोस्टर बैनर लगे पाए गए तो संबंधित के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। नगर निगम को ऐसे समस्त पोस्टर इत्यादि हटवाने की कार्रवाई के निर्देश देते हुए जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि हटाने की लागत जोड़ते हुए संबंधित संस्थान के विरुद्ध सख्त एक्शन लें।

भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने कहा कि वर्ष 2023-24 की बजट घोषणा में संबंधित विभाग भूमि चिन्हीकरण के प्रस्ताव 15 मार्च तक आवश्यक रूप से भिजवा दें। उन्होंने कहा कि बजट घोषणाओं के तहत स्थाई निर्माण नहीं होने तक अस्थाई रूप से कार्य संचालन के लिए स्थान के संबंध में भी जानकारी उपलब्ध करवाई जाए। बैठक में सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग, डिस्कॉम, बीकेईएसएल, आईजीएनपी सहित विभिन्न विभागों के कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई और आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए।

जिला कलक्टर ने भगवती प्रसाद ने कहा कि खानों के अंदर निवास कर रहे लोगों के अवैध कनेक्शन कटवाएं और संबंधित के विरुद्ध एफ आई आर दर्ज करें।

निर्धारित मापदंडों के अनुरूप कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद ही हो भुगतान

जल जीवन मिशन के कार्यों की समीक्षा कर दिए निर्देश

जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद कलाल ने जल जीवन मिशन के तहत जिले में अब तक हुई प्रगति की समीक्षा की।

जिला कलक्टर ने कहा कि कई कार्यों में सामग्री की राशि का भुगतान कर दिया गया है और वहां मौके पर अब तक कार्य नहीं हुआ है । अधिकारी मॉनिटरिंग करें और गुणवत्ता के साथ समय पर कार्य पूरे करवाना सुनिश्चित करें। कनेक्शन के बाद ही भुगतान किया जाए अन्यथा मिशन में अपेक्षाकृत प्रगति नहीं हो सकेगी।

जिला कलक्टर भगवती प्रसाद ने कहा यदि पाइपलाइन आरओडब्ल्यू के किनारे पर उचित गहराई पर नहीं हो तथा यदि निर्धारित मापदंडों की अनुपालना नहीं होती है तो संबंधित ठेकेदार को पुनः पाइपलाइन डलवाने के लिए पाबंद करें अन्यथा भुगतान नहीं किया जाए। बैठक में अधीक्षण अभियंता पीएचईडी राजेश पुरोहित ने मिशन के तहत अब तक हुए कार्य की जानकारी दी।

उन्होंने बताया कि 85 प्रतिशत से अधिक ग्राम पंचायत भवन तथा 89 प्रतिशत से अधिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में कनेक्शन दे दिए गए हैं। 85.77 प्रतिशत स्कूलों तथा 95.91 फीसदी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में कनेक्शन कर दिया गया है।

उन्होंने बताया कि जिले के 854 में से 829 गांवों में जेजेएम के तहत कार्य स्वीकृत कर दिए गए हैं। बैठक में जिला परिषद के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी नित्या के, सीएमएचओ डॉ. मोहम्मद अबरार पवार , जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी सुनील बोड़ा, जिला समन्वयक योगेश बिस्सा सहित संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Rajasthan Cultural Festival will be organized on Rajasthan Day

Programs will also be held at the block level

Bikaner, @MaruSangram. Rajasthan Cultural Festival will be organized from 20 to 30 March on the occasion of Rajasthan Day. A meeting was organized on Monday under the chairmanship of District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal regarding the preparations for this festival.

In the meeting, the District Collector informed that from March 20 to 27, various cultural events would be held at the block level.

To complete all the preparations related to the event, a committee has been formed at the block level under the chairmanship of the subdivisional officer. Rajasthan Cultural Festival will be organized at the district headquarters on 29 and 30 March.

He told that the main program will be held at Dharnidhar Maidan in which different types of songs, dances and music based on classical and folk culture will be presented. The District Collector said that the program should be organized incorporating the rich cultural and historical heritage of Bikaner. He said that the committee constituted under the chairmanship of the CEO Zilla Parishad will ensure all the arrangements for the district level programme.

The District Collector said that if posters and banners are found without permission on the public walls, circles etc. of the city, strict action will be taken against the concerned. Instructing the Municipal Corporation to take action to remove all such posters etc., the District Collector said that adding the cost of removal, take strict action against the concerned institution.

Bhagwati Prasad Kalal said that in the budget announcement for the year 2023-24, the concerned departments should necessarily send land marking proposals by March 15. He said that under the budget announcements, information should also be made available regarding the place for temporary work till the permanent construction is not done. In the meeting, the works of various departments including Public Works Department, Discom, BKESL, IGNP were reviewed and necessary guidelines were given.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad said that the illegal connections of the people living inside the mines should be disconnected and an FIR should be registered against the concerned.

Payment should be made only after the completion of the work as per the prescribed parameters.

Instructions given to review the works of Jal Jeevan Mission

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad Kalal reviewed the progress made so far in the district under Jal Jeevan Mission.

The District Collector said that in many works the amount of the material has been paid and the work has not yet been done on the spot. Officers should monitor and ensure timely completion of work with quality. Payment should be made only after connection, otherwise there will be no progress in the mission.

District Collector Bhagwati Prasad said that if the pipeline is not at the proper depth on the edge of the ROW and if the prescribed parameters are not complied with, then the concerned contractor should be forced to re-install the pipeline, otherwise payment should not be made. In the meeting, Superintending Engineer PHED Rajesh Purohit informed about the work done so far under the mission.

He informed that connections have been given in more than 85 percent gram panchayat buildings and more than 89 percent health centers. 85.77 percent schools and 95.91 percent Anganwadi centers have been connected.

He said that out of 854 villages in the district, works have been approved under JJM in 829 villages. Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Nitya K, CMHO Dr. Mohammad Abrar Pawar, District Education Officer Sunil Boda, District Coordinator Yogesh Bissa and officials of related departments were present in the meeting.
